Cancellation Policy

For cancellations, please get in contact at least 24 hours before your arranged appointment. When booking, a £10 non refundable deposit is requested. This will be deducted off the balance on the day. If you need to reschedule your appointment, the deposit will transfer, however if you cancel, the deposit is non refundable.
